On October 27, ESBAAR held a technical workshop in collaboration with BP Oman, bringing together around 80 participants attended online and offline, including engineers, specialists, and industry representatives. The session aimed to demonstrate the latest innovations in Drone Inspections, Survey & Mapping, AI & Data Analytics, technologies that drive smarter, safer, and more efficient operations across the energy sector.

The workshop covered various types of survey and mapping techniques, including 2D and 3D mapping, and featured live demonstrations highlighting ESBAAR’s growing capabilities in BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) drone operations. Attendees engaged in insightful discussions around how advanced data analytics and drone-based inspections are transforming asset monitoring and decision-making processes.

ESBAAR also showcased several of its specialized solutions, including:

• Rig Ai: Red-Zone Monitoring System designed to enhance safety on drilling floors.

• Whiskers IIoT: Intelligent asset tracking and monitoring platform for real-time operational insights.

Through this collaborative session, ESBAAR reaffirmed its commitment to advancing digital transformation and automation within Oman’s industrial landscape, helping industry partners like BP Oman move toward more data-driven and sustainable operations.
